This is the best place to go for all of your storage needs. They have multiple sized units and their prices are unbeatable. They are short staffed so the office isn't always open, however every time I called with a question, they respond back in a very timely manner. Great experience each time I've rented from them.

Outstanding business! Very helpful. Good , solid advice. They saved me money, too. Right after I stored things they - on a routine security check - found I locked my unit incorrectly. Great service and wonderful piece of mind!

The staff over at acorn mini storage in shakopee took great care of all my storage questions and made sure the I had the correct one. The price was right on point and my thing where safe. It's unfortunate that they don't have people on site all the time during the working Day but the gentleman that was able to meet me there was very helpful and very understanding of my situation.

Best management in the business. At first I wondered if I was being treated great just because I was signing up for a storage unit, but then after I watched a Dana interacted with 2 other current tenants, I definitely knew I was lucky to rent from this Acorn site. The facilities are clean, access is easy and straight forward. Although the pricing appears on the surface to be a bit higher than some of the other facilities, I am comfortable that their direct approach and superior management- customer service is well worth the price.

Dana was wonderful!! She helped me sort out the best option for me and handled all of my concerns. Her professionalism and superb customer service is greatly appreciated!!!

Previously had two units for a couple of years and just recently a larger unit opened up and was able to transfer easily. Dana was very communicative during the move. We had a minor issue with the keys but she worked with me and we were able to get it taken care of quickly. Dana answered her staffs questions even on her day off to help me get moved. Paid up front for another year with them. Property is well taken care of and I never have issues getting into my units when I need to.

One of, if not the cleanest, well run storage facilities out there. Dana runs an extremely well kept, clean and neat facility. She takes the time to get to know her customers, and asks all the right questions to obtain the correct fit for her customers. Generally, people are stressed when having to rent a storage unit, but Dana really goes the extra mile to make the process worry free. I have used this storage for many year's and it has been a good experience. But over the last few years the Mgr Dana has been very nice and a joy to see when ever I'm there. Her professional skills in handling problems, not only with people but with computers that decide to take the day off, is nice to see. Thanks Dana for the job you do!

They treat us fine been storing there for awhile. Wish prices would come down. I geuss that's what u get moving into a place without a garage though. Lol

i stored my furniture here for years, in between moves. For context, I've used them twice. for about 3 years(?) total. I rented a climate controlled unit each time and it was a great experience. I must say they are the cleanest units, and best climate control in the area, IMO. All was great until I randomly needed a second unit, temporarily. I was told (at the time of signing up for my second unit with the temp manager) that I DIDN'T need to sign some form for auto-payment because I already had a unit there, it would just go on my existing account. To my surprise about 2 months later, I had some ridiculous fees for not paying for the second unit AND THEY LOCKED ME OUT OF ALL MY UNITS I went in person to fix it, and it was the same temp manager there that day (that signed me up for my second unit, and she remembered). I apparently set my second unit up on auto-payment (again) with her. Next month, same BS. OMG After trying to be reasonable and talking with both managers, the one who signed me up for the second unit originally, (and she agreed it was a mistake what was happening) there must have been a complete and utter breakdown of communication, and/or lack empathy, and or decency at that point. Ensues: BeCaUsE I DiDn'T ApPrOvE aUtOpAmEnT by signing a form for that SpEcIfIc UnIt. I aM Wrong. They justified (I'm sure legally but not morally) all fees, and discounted any history of my 100% payment for years. I can't deal with that so I moved my stuff out, and would not recommend this business on principle. They use "paperwork" as a reason to steal your money, and it's all in good conscience to them.

Poor communication surrounding vacating resulting in a premature lock out making me unable to resolve the issue and wasting my time, which is clearly not valuable to you. Thanks guys. Call next time instead of just assuming and don't tell me a date and do it earlier just because you feel like it. I will not store here again. Thank you for wasting my time.

My mother moved out,an employee said she would be able to donate a bunch of stuff when a truck comes by tomorrow. The statement happened in front of me, now she has to pay for removal of items to the dump 4 blocks away. This place lies.

This place is terrible. Always raising prices. And very rude over the phone. I am moving out and going to a much better place. Plus my unit leaked. Very unprofessional people Would not recommend them. Very unhappy with them. Can’t say it enough go find a more reputable place for your storage needs

We rented a storage unit for less then 30 days paid little over $570 for it (they don’t pro-rate) so no refund 6 days into the next month… I left three items next to the dumpster now trying to charge me $250? Sam is very rude and highly don’t recommend them go down the street better management and pro-rated so not taking your money and trying to hit you with greed…

Bought a storage unit off of Storage Treasures and in the pictures there was a long rifle and we bought the unit because of that gun it would make a lot of the money back and we got there and the gun was gone and in the description nowhere it said the gun wasn't included or was going to be removed they said the guns were given to the police department we are currently trying to get the guns back but they did STEAL them from the unit we paid $700 for Don't ever rent a unit from here or bid on one

Rented 10x20 for one month. Got my most of my stuff stolen!!! no camera in the isle so anybody can steal your stuff. Will not recommend this place to NO ONE!

Absolutely terrible place! I would not advise anyone rent from them... Very nice at first then say you didn't pay when you did an send a letter instead of calling an threaten to take your items you are storing in their unit not very professional at all...money lost so please be aware!
