Kari was very easy to work with, explained everything really well and made the process easy. I like the location as it will be easy for our guys to get in and out of. We will be using it to store extra roofing materials and tools so if we need stuff we can grab it from storage.

These guys are the greatest! I have stored my stuff here off and on and I have always had the best experiences with the staff. They are helpful, knowledgeable, and so kind! The premises are always clean and easy to get in to. They have an inside bay where you can drive your truck if it is raining. They provide free carts and now they provide free locks! It was always a pain to have to run around to a hardware store to buy a lock! The trucks are always available and clean. The rental charges are reasonable. I have rented many trucks here and have always had a good experience.

At the end of October I came here last minute to rent a truck and they were all reserved, the young lady worked it out so I was able to get a truck and I bought it back an hour early. November 10th, the second time I needed a truck they were all out but the young lady called me as soon as one came in. Even though I had already found another truck, I remember her good service. I don't remember her name but she was really nice, very customer service oriented with a genuine desire to help. Thank you for your assistance, you're awesome.

This is a nice location. The only issue I have had so far is miscommunication. I think if you have an employee that gives a person a "deal", it's not the customer's fault that he didn't know or he made a mistake. I believe in customer satisfaction and then I will handle my employee. That's just from my experience as being in the manager position at multiple companies and running my own businesses. Service besides that have been great.

Prices are comparable to others in area.. I don't like that they changed their hours from 24 hour access to no access 10 pm till 6am but same as most in area. Customer service is better than most so far. I had trouble getting to location and arrived at closing time and they were willing to open back up to get me a unit... 2 reasons for not 5 star review first hours wish they go back to 24 hour access and second place could use a little bit more maintenance and or improvements...

Pretty decent facility. Had wrong info given to me about prices, and also they over charged me for my rent last month. They fixed it immediately after checking the books. Other than that I think it's a pretty good facility.

Be careful with this place. I purchased a unit and was not able to get into it right away like they said. The person running this place was telling me that I was pushing numbers that I never pushed and then refused to let me get out of the rental.

I typically have received reasonable service from this location for renting trucks, but my rental this week was quite annoying. With only two people ahead of me in line, checkout yesterday was approximately 30 minutes. The person behind the desk seemed completely disinterested that people were waiting in line. No courtesy statement of "I'll be with you as quick as I can." No visible sign of speeding up the process to accommodate customers. Today, I've waited all day for a courtesy call back to confirm the final charges on my rental. Quite frustrating.

Our rent went up +25% and we had a theft from our unit. They broke in from the other side of our unit. That does not warrant a 25% increase. We called cooperate and have not heard back yet

Only get this storage if you 100% know that you’ll have storage rent each month. If you don’t then they’ll turn around and auction off your locker immediately. I know someone who was on their way with the storage rent, had even called to say that which he was told that’s fine, and he ended up being 15 mins late so they auctioned off everything thing. He lost everything he owned, childhood photos, his dad’s Purple Heart, all sorts of stuff that really wouldn’t have any value to anybody else except for him. The kind of stuff that you won’t ever be able to replace because the person who gave it to you is no longer with us. The conclusion I’ve come to about this place is that it’s ran by people who value their greed over human decency.

Went here to pick up a uhaul, and I was all registered to do a contactless/mobile pickup. Well, I get there, and it says "equipment not assigned". So I go to the Acorn Mini Storage office, and wave at the guy to come out. I said the truck wasn't assigned, and he told me to come inside while he fixes it... he said the truck was stolen (seriously???) the day before, and it was just recovered, so he hadn't assigned it yet. I told him I would wait outside while he did so. Then he goes, "Ma'am, I DON'T HAVE THE VIRUS!" Ugh, you have got to be kidding me. So I insisted I'd stay outside, and he eventually gets the key and brings it out. With his mask down around his chin ?
