Nice facility. No problems. They do raise the rent after a few months, but all rental storage units seem to do this.

Jeremy does a great job in keeping the grounds clean and free of ice. Carts are always in good working condition and he routinely ask how things are going. This location is run well.

Jeremy was very helpful with getting us set up with a 10 x 30 climate controlled storage unit. We were surprised at how helpful being a AAA member was in reducing the cost.

Excellent customer service (especially Sarah) who always went above and beyond to answer questions and make sure all needs were met. Extremely safe place to store things, excellent security and very clean and accommodating. 5 + stars!

Acorn storage provided great service and was very flexible. The prices are reasonable and you can access your storage 24/7. The manager in Champlin was very professional and helpful. I would definitely use them again.

Worked with Sara and was very pleased with my whole experience. At one point I did not secure my unit and got a notification that it was not locked properly. Found out they check every day, wonderful. Rates for a temperature controlled unit was very reasonable. Kudos

On October 29th I moved out of the Champlin Acorn storage. My daughter tripped at the entrance where there was no signage to watch your step or warning to step up. She broke her nose and a rib. I told the employee that was there and he filled out an incident report. I thought for sure that by now we would have received some sort of correspondence and apology. So far nothing. We are hoping that that some sort of safety warnings will be put into place. Kathlene Cannon

I am extremely disappointed in acorn storage Champlin. I rented a unit online on May 6th. I no longer needed the unit and contacted to request a refund/ partial refund as I had not even visited the unit or had even picked up the keys/lock . The manager was extremely unprofessional and rudely responded, “ we don’t do refunds”. I even reached out a second time to give them the opportunity to make this right, but the same response was given (by the same employee). This is not a proper way to conduct business and not a way to keep customers. I am very unsatisfied. A good business would have tried to help in anyway. I would not rent here again and the management is very disrespectful.

All my personal possessions were stolen..thieves cut 2 locks off went thru my stuff and took it. Manager could not have cared less wouldn't give me the time of day to TRY to see how this happened, didn't notify police, or anything. Even their corporate office didn't give a second to return my POLITE email I sent. DONT STORE YOUR VALUABLE POSSESSIONS HERE . They don't care

Not friendly and argumentive. Strongly recommend you go somewhere else because the minute you have an issue they very unpleasant.

Do not recommend Not like a regular storage unit at all they have too many regulations . I moved my stuff out in August and they made me pay September . I filled out a documentation paper and signed it and the person working crossed out my information and changed it AFTER I signed it . Making it appear I was still using the unit . I’ve used many other storage units before and I’ve never had this situation. It was frustrating and I paid so much money.
