Haven't had my things in the store since 2019 it is now 2024 about to be 2025 I don't like the way the price be raised every year but I enjoy having access to my things and having them in a safe spot where so far has nothing bad happened or there isn't anything missing so I'm greatly appreciated to store my things with Acorn storage I have to work on getting my things out of there though because the price keep going up

Very good customer service and access the get any time and clean at all weather

So far so good. I've used them after a house down-size & move and the setup was spot-on and they do care about any questions I may have, security-wise, at their sites. I have a drive up garage unit and everything has been well secured and stored for the duration of my rental.

Rented a U-Haul truck from this store and it was a great experience.

Man, if this place tells you there's an opening for a unit you'd be wise to take it immediately. The rates are good in comparison to other newer facilities in the area. I stored here for years and returned for the rates. Good experience with management too.

Nice size unit with good height. Fairly clean as you could park in it. Only wish it had a light.

I have been a customer for many years, never had any problems. When I needed a lock cut off they tended to it promptly. Very secure and kept clean.

Very easy process and friendly people

Pricing is fair to lower than market price. They employ gate code security and have reasonable hours, but are no longer a 24-hour facility. They offer online bill pay and a $25 referral credit for new customers as well as military discounts. The storage itself is pretty basic and reasonably secure. Unfortunately they don't have lighting or an electric outlet in any of the units I saw, which is a drawback because in certain months daylight will curtail your access to the storage more so than the actual business hours. Nonetheless, I found storing with them to be convenient and I have no strong complaints, something that has been hard to come by in the Twin Cities market with other businesses.

Too expensive for my budget

It's a hot mess. People are parking in the wrong spots and the staff know about it. I have two spots and the staff screwed up the gate code because they can't merge my account. Trash can is locked.

If it is not a 5x10 dont call it that. It looks more like a 3x10. No wonder it is so cheap. Its ok we wont rent for too long just until tye end of this month

The property manager is not keeping up on the ground lot of weeds and potholes

They pick and choose who has to follow the rules to park there Won’t answer why have rules but only certain ones have to follow Only one unit per site...depends on who you are Up to date plates.... ? No old junkers....?

Stay away from this place. I rented a spot for over a year and man was it expensive. It started out cheap but they raised prices to do minimal improvements and cut your access. I'm winter you better hope you don't want to access your camper/rv/fish house as they plow the snow in front of them and make it difficult to get things out. It is also a wild west in there as if another tenant hits your rv you are on your own as the company won't assist with anything. Just too much shadiness by the owners to trust them with anything worth mouth than a dollar. Run fast from this place and go find a legit place to use.

They installed a new gate with a new rule stating that you had to call 911 if you were even 2 seconds late in leaving. I let the lady in the office know that I thought this was pretty dumb and I'd probably be looking for a place without such a rule. She told me the sooner I got out of there the sooner they could fill my spot and asked if I'd like to cancel. I said no, I needed to find another spot and see if what she told me was true. That everyone else did this too. It's not BTW. That was at the end of the month. On the first I received a letter saying they cancelled my lease and I had until the end of the month. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone as long as the woman o talked to is still there. She took my dislike of the rule very personally and decided to get back at me by canceling my lease. Pretty petty.
