The customer service I received when initially getting my unit was great. Good people working here. The climate controlled unit I got is very nice and clean. Easy to access also when dropping of loads.

Getting set up was quick and efficient, the staff made it easy. The discount on a moving truck was appreciated. The facilities are nice and clean with coded access. There's a bit of a depression that makes pulling in a trailer a little difficult, but that's my only negative note.

Cheaper than most places out there find yourself a good deal.

I have now rented two storage units here! Units are clean and come with a lock! I was able to register and pay 100% online, choose my pin, head to site within an hour and start loading up the unit without ever talking to a human! What more could i ask for?

I rented a unit online today at Cottage Grove. I got a quick and professional response from the site manager who called me only a few minutes later to make sure I had everything I needed. I appreciate that kind of great customer service. That was great!

What an amazing Storage facility. They do not overcharge you, offer free pallets for your units and a lock comes WITH your unit. The guys down the street Charge all kinds of fees...Definitely glad the unit I looked at with the "other" guys had a steel pole down the side of the unit, making it hard to get stuff in and it takes up space in a % x 10 unit....BUT no discount, even though you lose space. Anyway, staff was helpful and friendly. Thank you!

I am a new customer, but I am favorably impressed with this location. The facility is clean and seems to be secure and well-managed. If rates remain pretty stable I may stick around awhile.

They have bathrooms you can use here! That is enough reason to get 5 stars. It's big decent pricing, all units are outside. The bathroom is inside the main office but open to all. They also have free cups of water you can drink. You can store vehicles here too. Its 24 hours also which to me is a big deal because my indoor storage is not 24 and it's a pain in the butt.

Even when i had trouble with my move and needed the truck a extra day. It was easy and a pleasure to do business here. I loved the truck use. It worked well and was clean. Few and far between services can you find a remedy for such burdens as moving. In these days of distress and panic . it was a calming blessing to find such a business. The guys there are absolutely great. They are so patient and kind. I loved the reminders that rent was due soon. I'd highly recommend this place!

We had a 5’x10’ indoor storage unite here for about 5 or 6 months. We had a great experience and would go here again! Our questions were always answered right away and our things were in perfect condition when we moved out. Compared to other storage units in the area, this was the best deal we could find and are very happy we chose them.

I just want to say thanks to the acorn team @ the Cottage Grove Minnesota location. The team members that I meet were very nice and polite. There team leader Lou McCoy was very helpful explaining the pricing and showing me all the option available. If I ever need storage again I will not hesitate to return to the Cottage Grove Minnesota location. And I highly recommend that you or your friends need storage look up Lou McCoy and his team to help with your storage needs.

My family has used this facility for many years. Although the cost has increased, the staff is courteous and the facility is very accessible. Would recommend.

As far as the service goes. I have what I needed; However, the room could have been properly clean and maintain a little better condition. The room I got was so dusty.

Son had an issue with his brand new lock and the gentleman in office came right to unit and got him fixed up with a new one!! Extremely nice facility!

Very happy there. Enjoy the security. Have to start emptying my things and say goodbye. Enjoyed being there, but rent went way up! Can't afford it anymore. The contract reads they only raise prices twice a year. Then tell me why it went up 4 times this year!!!??? It's only going to push people out.

Overall, not a bad experience. Initially the customer service was good and I appreciated that. They did help open the storage unit door when it was frozen shut, which was good. Prices did change on us after a few months which we were told could happen. Not happy about it, but it is what it is. Storage lockers work and keeps stuff intact. Not sure what else to say.

The staff are mostly great, with a couple of new staffers who seem a bit confused and one gentleman who keeps stating information even I as a non-staffer know is wrong. I like the convenience of the location, but my locker has taken on water for the past 3 years, and even though I've notified the office nothing has been done other than to offer me a different unit. I have taken a different unit, and the first one I tried had a leak of some kind, too. I'm praying that this second "new" unit won't leak this winter. As I mentioned, the staff is mostly great, and the location couldn't be better. My first "new" unit had been dirty and the staffer swept it out and put on a handle for me (which was great), but ,my second" new" unit was dirty, had no handle, and when I asked if the staffer would put a handle on it for me I was told "we don't do that." Clearly they do, but just not this person.

I did like them; however they keep raising their rates. If you're looking for a storage place....definitely look elsewhere.

They up your rate every 3 months. My 10x20 climate controlled is up to $226.00 a month. And if you disagree with them they will make you want to move. They have a new manager Greg who's a real piece of work. Yells and swears at you even. I was there for 11 hours working one day and he said I'm not allowed to be their that long. So they just up and change the access hours to 6am to 10pm. I only went their for the after hours access. Find a different place it's not worth being here. Will cost you more in the end.

They promised ne a refund back in may and have never received any thing they are so full of lyes they charge you late fees but never refund you your money i think i should charge them a late fee since may

We had a lot of problems with Rob on several occasions. He was not helpful and treated us poorly. He yelled at me and my wife and refused to answer any questions we had about our bill. I see he also gave himself an excellent Google review. Now renting at another storage location down the road with great service.
